Job Description
We are seeking Riggers for a prestigious 2-year paid apprenticeship program in the Netherlands, designed to transition skilled individuals into long-term employment within the European construction and industrial services sectors. This program includes structured training, guaranteed job continuity upon satisfactory completion, and employer-supported integration in the Netherlands.
Eligibility Criteria
Gender: Male
Age: 18–28 years
Education: 3-Year Technical Diploma OR B.Sc. in a Technical Stream
Experience: Minimum 1 year of general construction site work with evidence of employment (rigging specialization not mandatory)
Language Skills:
- English: Good communication skills (Mandatory)
- Dutch: Basic Dutch is a plus—but not essential! (Online Dutch training provided post-selection and after offer letter)
Benefits
- Stipend (During Apprenticeship): €2,000 – €2,100/month (net after taxes) Approx. INR 1,79,000 – ₹1,88,000 / month
- Post-Apprenticeship Salary: €3,300 – €3,400/month (net) Approx. INR 2,95,350 – ₹3,04,300 /month
